The past two months have seen high pg vw counts of 4793 (jan)and 4806 (feb).
This month it allready hit the 49's (4983 on the 14th) and was showing 281 for yesterday and 4911 sofars when I logged in this a.m.
(note:I wrote this entry over a course of days starting on 3/21. Coming in to finish up and post at 11:52p on 2/1 I was showing 102 for yesterday and 4615 sofars.)
I guess I am getting new readers on a semi-regular basis because I'm sure the oldsters have read through everything that might have interested them by now but the numbers are rising.
I do know of at least one person who resides 'deep in the heart of Texas' who just recently began reading Wee!Gee!(Hi Kathy!) but she isn't really a surprising addition considering she was informed of it by word of mouth.
What gets surprising for me is when a stranger is encountered who allready knew of it before I or my wife tells them about it.
Like for instance,,my wife called a local county admin agency recently about a certain matter we were trying to get taken care of,,and discovered that the person she was talking to had allready read Wee!Gee!,,this blog and most of the other things I've posted.
The person said she could not remember how she found it but was glad she did.
Alas,tho',,,not one email,message board post or comment form sent.Nor has anyone ever tickled the little buttons down to the right at the bottom of these posts.
(No one has even purchased any of my 'products' let alone a copy of The
Rough Manuscripts. ~sigh~)
I don't know which is worse,,no comments or no cash.
Okay,,yes,,I do know,,it's no cash.After all,,the pg vws are a reasonable substitute for comments but the no cash bit can keep me from seeing the count in a convenient fashion.
Not that I'm complaining mind you,,but things are pretty glum in my neck of the woods so,,,even if ya need to consider it a donation to 'hep a brudder out' during a depression,,,buy my butter,please.~smirk~

We did finally get moved.And no,,we didn't have to move to Texas.~whew!~
Actually,,it's not far from where I grew up and I even use to run up and down this street on occasion so the location is not a negative per se.
And it is nice to have windows and a yard after 7 years in that warehouse.
I and my wife like it.
Yet,,,we did lose a LOT of elbow (&work) room since we relocated to a two bedroom with a detached garage along with about 3 grand in material and inventory,,and,,,sadly,,Mama Francis-Jeanne and Arni.
I did manage to keep Suki and the latest newcomer tho.( I ain't named it yet,,,but the name Gracie keeps popping up.)
The recent coldness did take a toll on them but I think they will bounce back fairly well.
Of course,,,the new situation brings new troubles.
Like,,getting rid of a bunch of melaluca (paper tree) debris,poison ivy vines,some kind of martian looking plant that grows back from the tiniest bits in an amazingly short amount of time and dealing with mold growing under and between several layers of linoleum for the years this place sat empty.
And,,the same old problems are still present.
Like,,getting paying work to pay the land LORD,the tax collector,the utilities providers and occasionally provide for an itty bit of 'pursuit of happiness'.
Which brings us to how it's getting harder and harder to believe in the 'freedom' that America has been known for for so long.
While I am sure those on the outside looking in may still perceive this place as being filled with limitless opportunities the harsh reality I see from my position on the inside is not so rose tinted.
And,,the sad part is,,it's so hard for most to see.
The chains that bind us are painted up to look like either staple necessities,jewelry or safety straps so virtually all willingly accept them.
IOW,,the usual business is business as usual.
I have two thoughts on 'all that biz' right now.
One,,consider what Yeshua was tempted with while in the desert.
Provision,Power & Protection.
Provision,,food,,power,,position,,protection,,insurance.
Two,,chi,xi,stigma does NOT equal 666.
Sure,,that's the commonly accepted assumption.
There are those who have different takes on what else it may or may not really mean.
And that's no surprise since it seems apparent that the things in that old book often carry ideas and concepts in a multi-level fashion.
And THAT'S no surprise since the language's we all use are quite capable of that.
Take acronyms for example.

Mull that over for a while,,let the concepts,,and the implications,,sink in a bit then go read someone elses thoughts on why thinking reading those three letter words as three digits is proper is a mistake.
Now,,I am not presenting his bit as a way of saying I agree with all his conclusions,,or assumptions,,or opinions,,but just as a means to illustrate how PERCEPTIONS seem to have gotten skewed somehow along the line.
And NO,,I am not suggesting who ever reads this ought to consider what I suggest is what they should believe.
BUT,,I am saying,,,folks maybe owe it to themselves to check out what they think they believe in order to make sure that THAT IS what they believe regardless of whether they like what IT IS or not.
Once an honest minded body learns to use language (read/hear/see) and use reference material nobody NEEDS a 'teacher' to learn a thing if it's in an available form and NO body needs a 'teacher' to think about a thing.
That applies to any subject not just that what's in that old book.
Like our liberties,freedom and dignities and whether or not one will simply take any deal offered because they can't tell a good deal from a bad deal or recognize deception.
After all,,no matter how badly coprporations and politicos want us to behave like,,or believe we should act like we are,,,we aren't chimps,,are we?
Yet,,does it (that old book and what it talks about) matter anyway?
Mmmmm,,I suppose that for some,,maybe it's kinda like my site,,,ya read it,,maybe ya like it,,maybe ya loathe it,,and chances are good ya might feel like it don't make sense so ya can't really claim you understand it right away,,but as ya flip the page,,close the book,,or,,clik away,,ya get a message sent into your brain that essentially says,,,
