(It's actually a little shorter than I wanted it to be,,but it's cohesive and moves the story along adequately.I actually couldn't figure how to 'start' it.I think I worked it out pretty well.er,,At least I thought it was pretty good.)

There have been no 'conversations' worth adding to the Staks but I have been dropping in the boards in between trying to piece together the next few parts of Wee!Gee!.
Also,,I have been doing some research on 'ouijie,,er make that ouija' boards and ran into some rather interesting material.I will put it together and place it in the Piles,,later.
I want to thank you folks who have been checking in,,or dropping in from the board or such.

Now,,if only I can get some 'reviews','critiques' or even 'criticisms' from one or two of you,,it would be really great.

I am humbled and honored.Seriously,,I am surprised that people have looked at my pages that many times.
With 115 yesterday and a sofar single day highest total of 207 on the 11th.
(No,,I am not counting 'visits',,just looks.)

And I have to give a shout out to 'infun' since he claims he 'instigated' an opportunity for me to 'promote' my site here.
You can read what I am referring to in 'A Thread Named Harbin'.That's one of the three 'forum exchanges' the phrase 'two posting pundits peeved' in the entry title refers to.
It seems I got him,,'infun' and ol'pk irked at me again by participating in a couple of threads each one started.
'A PKPost:#1652' was pks particular venue for another one of his 'guessing games' that allmost invariably turn into a 'bush bashing'.(Like this one did too.)
As for infun,,his undergarments apparently crinkled right up when I chipped in my two pennies in what I thought was a rather 'entertaining way'.He went all 'royally pretensious' over me contributing in a 'public forum' and,,well,anyways,,it's called ' Nov 5th '.
And here is the starting point for the 'empirical ire' which I incurred,, 'Ignition'.
(And it's a good illustration of how debates degenerate rapidly when one side feels 'overwhelmed'.)

I have gotten several of those sections that I talked about previously started.

  I may not be right,,but I ain't claiming to be.I just want to be able to help folks seeking understanding to gain it.That usually only happens when folks share gathered knowledge,ideas,questions,doubts and beliefs they possess with others.And quite often,,reconsidering my own assertions helps me gain better understanding for myself.

Hey,,for those who have been stopping in and not finding anything new,,I apologize.
I know that there have been 2512 look ats across this site,,62 yesterday,,so I know someone is at least a little dissapointed.Maybe.
I have to say I haven't been goofing off. I have been working on stuff and things for those other sites,,in part.And there is a whole off line world that keeps right on rolling along that can't be ignored or put off.
I've been playing with the templates,,making graphics to fit into them,,adjusting text,,and the hardest part..plotting,planning and producing pages and their content.

And somedays,,I just don't seem to have it in me to do much at all.(lingering effects from mold *see 'FIFOII' )

Those bees are being cool,,no problems at all with them.I am still waiting to find out if I can borrow a beesuit and move them myself.Allthough,,the more I think about it,,the more I think I could make one myself.
If I do,,I will make sure I get a pic or two with my web cam to post here.I haven't finished that disposables roll yet so I don't have the shots of the bees or the ones of the eclipse available.
And NO,,I haven't wrote any more of Wee!Gee! but I am just as soon as I get done posting this.

As regards the ATT/BS problems.I can't find our mailboxes.But the service is up and humming,,the phones fine and all the names are correct.
I don't really use the 'mail service' they provide much anyway so,,right now,,I ain't poking nothing.

Here's an aside,,did you know about the swapping of analogue television signals to digital transmissions is set to go into effect in 2 years?
For the massive majority of folks that doesn't mean anything at all.I may as well have said,,'womp-wompwa-wah-wawah'.
It means,,for those without cable or satellite television signal services that their tv's won't pick up local broadcast signals with out a converter box.
A boatload of old tv's will be deemed obsolete.
But there is supposed to be a converter box available for those unable to or undesirous of going to cable or satellite.
Now,,since there is as yet NO one announcing plans for making and selling the needed converter apparatus I am curious as to what happens to our Civil Alert System.
Not to mention,,,I am a life long advocate of broadcast tv and prefer it to the other services available.
Why?
Well,,for one,,it's local.Two,,it's free after the cost of the set and aerial.No recurring bill after purchase.
Three,,even if the signal isn't clear,,you still get signal.
I ain't super picky regarding tv quality when it's balanced by superior cost benefits.
I don't mind some snow,,or a little fade out here and there.And finding the signal can be fun,,or rather funnily frustrating occasionally.
If it's digital it operates on a 'threshold' concept which means that if there is a certain amount of signal degradation the screen 'blanks out'.
Sometimes,,I watch when all I can do is hear.And that is no different than if I am sitting here lookaing at the pc screen while 'listening' to the tube,,which is on right now.
I know,,I know,,that ain't good enough for most other folks,,but it's no cost and keeps me in touch to local events,news and businesses as well as those Citizen Alert aspects.
And I see this change as something that could be a set up for potentially devasting,,or at least depressing occurances of 'lack of communication' contributing to lost lives.

I could have talked about politics as an aside,,but everybody seems to do that these days.
And does it ever really change?
The only thing that really concerns me is the idea that America seems to be under a multilevel set of attacks against the core set of basic values and concepts that made it great.
Or at least any part that has any thing to do with the tradional cultural elements generally regarded as those relating to conservative mores,religious parity,and individual self determination.

Maybe I should say it like this,,the attacks,,from many different elements,,not all or even many acting in true concert or collusion with any others,,seem directed at the historical culture concept of the American white christians,,with an emphasis against males,,straight ones at that.
All under the 'umbrella' of that group having been responsible for all the other groups ills,woes and trobles.All down through the entire history of the planet.
Look around,,if ya can't see it,,,then later,,after I get them laid out built and decorated,,I'll make it so you can walk down some logic trails and take a look for yourself.
That's what those two sites are going to be for.

And,,btw,,if anyone has anything they may wish to contribute,,and yes,,I decide if it's worthwhile for inclusion,,concerning the history of the dutch,english,native american or german peoples,,particularily during the formation of or after coming to America please feel free to submit it for consideration.Previous periods are fine too.
It could be for,against,personal or institutional oriented.As long as it's clean,,fairly reasonably thought out and does not require editing for spleen ventiong vitriol or obscene vendectives,,I will be glad and pleased to include it.
You can either use your real name or a chosen 'nom de plume' or I wil make one up for you,,but I do need your real name for my own use as regards 'publishing/posting rights'.
I assure you of your anonymity from the web surfing public.

No,,AT&T/BS didn't mess up.I just haven't managed to make an entry for a bit longer than I planned.Things ta do,,ya know?
I have been busy putting a cupla few sites together and running some trails,,logic trails that is.(That's what I call it when I read articles or stuff online and do searches on
items,elements and ideas found in the material or that come to mind while reading them.I actually enjoy it and it comes in handy when debating or discussing stuff in the forum boards.
I recently did one on Obama and surprisingly enough I discovered he was linked to a few organizations that blew my mind.Through his churches affiliations at that!
(Even if I could vote,,I wouldn't vote for him.)Anyways,,I sometimes,,read that 'often',,get totally engrossed while doing them and wind up spending more time on them than I wanted to.

Funny thing though,,and pleasantly surprising to me,,I have had more pg view totals for a month than I ever have.2638.Thank you,I appreciate it.Remember,,feel free to let me know your thoughts and opinions.
(eventually someone will,,even if it's just to tell me off)

Oh,,about AT&T/BS,,they didn't cause me to get back on line,,but as of right now I haven't managed to get BSMail going.The partnership just seems to have messed up BS's track record as far as I'm concerned.
I have allways considered them a 'premium provider' and never really had anything negative I could say about the quality of their service but since the AT&T hookup,,it ain't true no mo'.

I finally got a beekeeper to come take a look at that hive.They aren't africanzed killers according to him.And here's how he told me,,
After allready walking up to the hive in the log,,and while actually leaning on it,he tells me,,'No,,they're regular bees,,",then taps on the log lightly,",,otherwise they would allready bee after us.'
I was a tad stunned.But I wasn't stung.
He said that chances were good that the colony had an old queen that had abdicated her throne in another hive.She,,and the hive shouldn't last more than a couple of seasons if that IS the case.
Given that,,and the fact that he stated that seeing as how he would have to destroy the log to work the hive,,he couldn't do much more than take them away and put them in his bee yard.
As well as his rule of thumb regarding moving bee hives,,"Either three feet or three miles".
And a friend of ours said she has a friend with a bee suit.
If I can use it for a month or so,,I will move them myself out into the field behind us.
IF,,I can get the suit.Otherwise if I cut the log into a smaller chunk the bee guy will take them.

I have added the above mentioned logic trail to The Staks Archive and I have added a two more 'official' sites to the list.
The sites are titled after the seperate parts of the title of this site:
'dangdingieamerican' and the 'theevilwhiteman'.They are on Tripods server.
I will use them as the names infer.
Think of it like this,,'dangdingieamerican' is for the 'dam,dirty american',,as the world seems to see us.
And 'theevilwhiteman',,well,,that one is self evident.No?
Not that I intend for either to be vulgar or extreme in what I present there and no,,it's not like I am building a white racist set of sites either.
My goal is to be able to present,,in a reasonable fashion,,what I consider to be evidence or illustrations of what I see as a growing trend to 'villify' and ignore racism directed towards
white folk in general (at theevilwhiteman) and American whites,,dutch,irish,englis and german in particular.As seperate demographics and as a larger group.
At dangdingieamerican it will be a different take on those same ethnic groups and my Native American ancestry also.

My hope could be said to be that some folks may see what I present and come to an understanding of how it isn't just and only white people who think and act in racially biased ways.
Or it could be said that I just want to put it out there,,because I wanna and don't care who likes it.

I have been off line for the past several days.About 10.
This was due to a 'forign' name being attached to our phone service with Bellsouth/AT&T.
Evidently,,a 'cell acct' was left connected/tagged to our 'new to us' number,,from the former number/acct holders,we think.But it gave us trouble for several months.
Even though we were paying our bill,,and not (as far as we know) having any actual charges from them added onto the portion we paid (we don't have the cell feature) when they didn't pay theirs,,ours got cut off.
This happened three times.All three times they did turn service back on and said they had corrected the problem.The third time my wife conversed with Deputy about it and he said to contact him if it continued.
It did,,she did.
He spoke to the folks and now,,we have a new number and alledgedly,,it's a temporary one.(?)
But I am back on line,,even though the DSL logon name was mispelled.
Just today,,right before I started writing this entry,,I was just about to call them about that final issue,,which if uncorrected,,may have led to a repeat of the crap all over again with a different name as far as I was concerned,when the phone rang and it was the AT&T/BS Quality Control Department (!?!)
The gal with the heavy accent asked if we were content with our recent interactions,,I said,,'all except for,,,'
Now,,according to Allie,,with in the next 3 days,,I will try to log on and I will be told 'nope' after which  alledgedly will log in the correct name and be done with corrections.
(If I stop showing up,,you can probally be sure that it didn't work out all peachy and creamy)

I have taken advantage of the 'offline' time to write a couple more parts to Wee!Gee!
I'm sure a lot of folks are curious about what comes next,,if the pg views the Tripod module has counted mean anything.
From the 18th,,which was the last time I checked the number,,to when I checked last night,it went from 2196 w/51 prev day to 2566 w/80 prev day.

As to the bees,,well,,I did get some photos of the hive,,and got surprised myself when I finally got a straight in look.
NO,,I haven't located someone to come take them.Allthough I have found plenty that take them if I pay them,,that makes me wonder if there really is a problem with bees in the U.S. disapearing,,howbout ya'll?
(I have sent a local beekeeping biz 2 emails so far with no response,,no not even a 'buzzoff' from 'em ~smirk~)
NO,,I haven't killed them yet.
No,,they haven't harmed anyone,,so far.
No,,I didn't get the pics of them with that Vivitar ViviCam3350.I shot 'em the old fashioned way,,with film!
So,,after I finish the role I'll scan 'em and post 'em.Even if I have to go the library,staples or kinckos to do it.
(I am still on my current backup pc,,and it don't like my scanner,,or that Vivicam for some reason.Darn HP!)

I have some other shots of stuff to let ya'll see.On a different roll I have some shots of the recent full eclipse of the moon from my backyard.
But on the roll with the hive are some 'casual observations' that I think someone out there may enjoy seeing,,who?I don't know,,but I hope one of you will let me know if you do,,or if ya don't,even.

To comment on the Tripod glitch and what it has led me to do,,I decided to give The Staks as much freedom to grow as I can on a free account.
I opened http://thestaks.tripod.com ,,that way there won't be any bull and I don't have to worry much about filling up the main sites 20mb.
Even though I will transfer/replicate them at The Staks site,I will leave The Original Staks where they are.As well as V2,,untill it becomes a matter of space.
(So they will remain accesable via the links I placed in my Excite Board posts for future 'bored-board miners' as long as possible.)

I finally received a response from Tripod about the 'glitch',,(why does that rhyme with 'female dog'?) and it turns out the glitch I thought was a glitch was actually a fix.

They said in an email :

~Unfortunately it was a security flaw to allow direct editing of the blog directory. You can still access the directory via ftp though. Your files will not be deleted in that folder, you can just no longer access them via the built in file manager. The blog directory is meant to only hold the the actual blog files.~ 

And it seems it was an actual person responding.

Yet,,for now I am going to leave the Original Staks static and use The Staks V2 while I change roy l.harbin.tripod.com into a 'library site' and call it the Staks.

I have a few entries in The Staks V2 allready,, A Joint Word Work:mitinka plays atheist , A pkpost:built on failure ,  A pkpost:obscuring Islamic extremism or,, Eclipsing the Moon,,fruit.  and nybrit_asked  which is the one that got me to go ahead and start The Staks V2 .

And I tried to get some shots of my 'beehive' in that palm tree log but this pc I am using while by 'big one' is down won't accept the camera for some reason,,nor a scanner,so,,I ain't gonna get one if I don't get that straight before they are taken away or I have to do something with them myself.

I really don't want to harm them,unless they are Africanized Honey Bees (which I can't determine) and would rather move them.

So,,if anyone reads this and wants to come get a 'fresh,young colony' for free,,and don't charge me to take them,,come and get 'em.

I am surprised,,even though there has been a lot of 'buzz' ( Bees Disappearing , Virus May Be Cause of US Honeybee Deaths  ) about the problems with our countries bee populations,,I can't find anyone who actually wants the bees for the sake of having the bees.But they sure want to charge for it.I have seen prices from 250 to 500 to have them removed.

Or,,I am going to have to destroy them,,for safeties sake.They are right at a location I,my wife and our three dogs frequent often.My wife is 'sensitive' and even if not,,IF they are africanized,,they are a deadly threat if they get disturbed or irritated and become agitated enough to attack.

I haven't even cut the grass due to concern it may set them off,,and it's now tall enough to make a 'vision wall'.

Now,,to date at 3 am,,2,183 pg views this month (so far),,thanks for dropping in folks,,ya'll come back now,,ya'hear?!

I dreamed of how I wanted this blog to be,,what I would focus on and how I would focus on it,,and built it.And then a glitch occurs that prevents me from continuing as I had allready began.Tripod tells me it's fixed when it isn't,,then ignore further request I made.

AFTER  THAT happens,,Tripod actually sends me an email saying :

Now,,I don't know about how that would affect anyone else,,but that just irks me to no end.(it's like rubbing salt in my 'wound' as far as I am concerned.)

After all,,I have an excuse for NOT updating according to planned critria because they won't fix the glitch.

I want The Original Staks to be part of my 'blog' itself,,not part of the other site,,just like I had it built allready.

Instead,,I have to do the thing I didn't want to because they can't put the link back the way it was when I started out.
